I slightly disagree, everyone for whom it is always failing the same way should
be able to patch his ffmpeg.regression.ref.

I fails on Mac OSX and all icc configurations reliably (icc tested, Mac OSX only
seen on FATE).
Additionally, it fails on some x86-64 configurations, independent of the gcc
version used!

All configurations mentioned fail with the same value:
