just for the record and to avoid packet duplication
ive told ivan how to access incoming

now besides the file above (which ive not checked) there are the
h264 conformance streams from which many have no SEI.
see http://wftp3.itu.int/av-arch/jvt-site/draft_conformance/

for them generating pts/dts from the POC (pretty much pts==POC)
would be great
