You mean for TCP? The MS-servers barfs if we set it up for TCP (and
they also barf if we don't set it up for UDP...). I guess I could make
that if() MS-server-specific, I sort of hope that normal RTP servers
would work just fine with application streams.

(I'll apply after the release since I just want to make sure I don't
screw anything up.)
