[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] use flac.h in oggparseflac.c

Hi,

This patch changes the Ogg/FLAC parser to use a shared function and
definitions in libavcodec/flac.h.  It doesn't save many lines of code,
but I think it's a cleaner solution.
