[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] First shot at AVCHD seeking via new seeking API

My semi useless feedback is that TS isnt in a great state, is in flux, but
we dont want to spend a lot of time on it.  Do the best you can.I'm only on
the fringes but Ive had problems with seeking, the new lossless pcm audio,
which apparently baptiste himself did a patch for, and with h264 in mp2
containers, which makes no sense at all.  Why cant broadcasters move on?
 idiots.  it'll all die soon hopefully; move on.
