I've just checked that. In the current official eac3to build dialnorm
removal didn't work properly for your samples. This will be fixed
in the next eac3to build.

With the fixed eac3to build and your samples, the Nero TrueHD
decoder outputs 100% the same bytes as the libav TrueHD
decoder revision shipping with eac3to. So it seems to me that
your TrueHD samples are corrupt. The libav decoder seems to
work just fine. The warning about "lossless check failed" seems
to be a correct report about stream corruption.
