[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] ByteIOContext declaration

  Hi,
  File libavformat/avio.h contents only definition of ByteIOContext but
does not declare a type. I don't know if this was done intentionally and
why one may want to do this, but it's making some problems for my
program when I making forward declaration for this structure.
