Indeed, and it also needs to be able to draw correlations between 
various configurations and help figure out common breakages between 
configs. And then email them out. It's tricky to make that all happen 
when the builds aren't in sync. Suddenly, top-down CI systems like 
BuildBot are starting to make sense.

Interesting idea. I'll ponder that.
