[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] h263.c: add Table 6-25 and helper functions

Hi,

This patch overrides h263_format[] with a more explicit table copying 
Table 6-25 from the MPEG-4 standard. Also adds a few helpers/accessors for 
VA API decoding.

Otherwise, I have my own tables in vaapi_mpeg4.c, I don't really mind. ;-)
