Please wait till I write the vprz part and update CBFZ  where it will
actually call that part of the code.
I just splitted the work so that I can keep getting feedbacks and keep
improving. As for testing,
preliminary plan is to do is decode v3 into a avi ( as suggested by
Mike) and then play it using some player.
Vitor if you have any specific test plan suggestions , please do let me know.

I think this is the most important commad 'indent -i4 -kr -nut'  :)
never used it though..
BTW, Michael is it some tool which tells that whether the coding is
according to some standard ?
