Ah, good point. I haven't a clue how it happens. I'm still just
scratching the surface of the FFmpeg codebase. I tried looking around
libavformat/mov.c some more but how it all works in relation to
libavcodec is a little beyond me. I figured replying that I didn't know
wouldn't really help anything and that the patch might be committed
since it at least outputs a warning.

Perhaps someone with more knowledge of the FFmpeg codebase can comment
on how it happens? If you need a sample encrypted file I can supply one
for detection and debugging purposes.
