I appreciate his effort, like I also supported when it was
ffmpegwince.com (or something). There aren't many people that
continuously test FFmpeg on WinCE. But he makes no effort to
understand the license. I have told him on IRC on multiple occasions
to comply to the license, even suggesting that he just tars up his
build tree as-is and upload it to his server. He also ignored my
requests for source code (I am really interested in the code he's
using). Unfortunately I think it takes some harsh words like Diego's
or Carl's for some people to do something about these issues.

The releases on his website are a bit confusing too. I don't know if
that download for ffplay.c is the same what's inside libtest, or if
that's all there is to libtest, it would be nice to know what libtest
is all about anyways...
