[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] MP3 demuxer: Only read ID3v1 tags if ID3v2 not present.

Hi,
exactly what it says in the $subj.

Prevents the demuxer from exporting e.g. both 'TIT1' and 'title', which
is forbidden by metadata API.
