[FFmpeg-devel] a violation of license

Hello,

just for case:

I downloaded software for uploading/converting videos/pictures to server
rajce.net [1] (developer notes: [2] english translation [3]) which
containing ffmpeg and ffplay binaries for win32, without licence and
ffmpeg source code. This is testing release.
