What about adding a log level: AV_LOG_SILENT?

This will make ffmpeg act like cp, mv, etc. which only output sth. if
there's a problem.

Maybe we can even AV_LOG_SILENT be default and add a --verbose command
line switch? If not already there...

Just my 2 cents on this.
