[FFmpeg-devel] av_open_input_file

Hi folks,

I noticed that if someone invokes av_open_input_file, with out first
calling av_register_all, the function
will return -2 (FILE NOT FOUND) for any file.

Shouldn't this be fixed and output something like
FILE_FORMAT_NOT_RECOGNIZED ( 0 available - 0 tested )?
Would be worth creating a patch for this ?
