I do not know if SRTP support was considered in the past, but if someone 
provides reasonable and clean patches it can be considered now ;-)

Just two warnings:
1) it would be better to avoid using extendal libraries
2) I think that integrating SRTP functionalities in the libavformat API 
might require some careful design (avoiding to implement RTP or SRTP 
centric extensions, etc...).
