I want people to discuss controversal changes on ffmpeg-dev before they do
them. I also want people to discuss completely broken warning fixes on
ffmpeg-dev before they are commited and i want people to clean their
messed up warning fix attempts up if they mess up.

and i never said i wanted you out, you read more into what i wrote than
what i actually wrote.
Your work on arm optims, configure, the makefiles, and hundreads of other
small and large things are very important to the project.
I do NOT want you out

Rewriting code that is poorly written but fully understood is good.
Rewriting code that one doesnt understand is a sign that one is less smart
then the original author, trying to rewrite it will not make it better.
