[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Optimize mp2 decoder

$subj, multiplies by the inverse instead of using division. Should speed 
up both the float and the fixed point versions.

A similar code is used elsewhere in the file, but since I found no 
sample that triggers it for testing I didn't want to touch this code.
