Hi,

Vitor optimized this function, yay.

Unfortunately, the new code takes significantly longer to look at and
understand than the old code. I'm purely talking debugging, looking
stuff up, seeing if there's similarities with other pieces of code.
The stuff developers do.

Might I suggest that when we obfuscate code for the purpose of
optimization, that we add a comment (e.g. in the doxy in
celp_filters.c) stating the original code, so simple people like me
still understand it and can look at it?
