[FFmpeg-devel] theora depayloader

Hi,

Here is the theora depayloader for my gsoc small task.

This is very similar to vorbis rtp, but also includes support for
fragmented frames, and multiple frames per RTP packet.

Tested with feng and gst-rtsp, it works for the most part. It usually
drops the first few frames, I haven't figured that out yet.
