The issue is that you have no authority in getting ffmpeg into the official
main fedora. Id like to speak with someone who has this authority,
discussion with you is helping neither ffmpeg nor fedora because fullfilling
your wet dreams about plugins isnt going to help ffmpeg get into fedora.

I do care about fedora, and id love to see ffmpeg get into it. But for that we
need to discuss with people from fedora (aka not you)
