talking about server matinence, i suspect FFmpeg-devel-irc will not be

also it might be wise to make a list of external-to-mphq services that
the many developers run for the project(s). e.g. roundup and bugzilla,
git, fate, irc logging/stats, quote pages, wiki, document/spec mirrors,
etc. i doubt anyone has a backup of all those services?
