The EULA mentions that "ownership to the Software shall remain in GRETECH", but
since you do not own FFmpeg, you cannot keep ownership (and you forgot to
mention FFmpeg in your EULA).

Additionally, you do not distribute the sources of FFmpeg you used to compile
GVC.dll (libavcodec), that is a requirement of the LGPL.

Yes, you link to the right place(s) to discuss your issues, note that while I
have written the obvious there (EULA and sources), it will be necessary that you
change GOM Encoder's about window to something less "pretty".
(The "link" in this window can neither be clicked nor copy-pasted, and it moves
