[FFmpeg-devel] ffmpeg vs avconv

Hi

ive been a bit bored and so i ported all changes from avconv.c to
ffmpeg.c, i skiped feature removials where possible

this also means ffmpeg no longer supports -newaudio and needs -map now
which IMHO is the better choice in the long run anyway.

The only unfortunate loss iam aware of is
b25d931a82c7b95b2f47e6759c9d9be7705d664b, which i had to revert to
easily apply subsequent patches. This should be rebased back on HEAD
and pushed back in ... any volunteers?
