It makes a decoder called "ffwavesynth" appear in the codec list. And for
someone using the API, it makes it necessary to call decode_audio and not
only read_frame.

OTOH, it would make it easier to support different file formats for the same
features. I know there are other software with different scripts formats
that do the same work as sbagen.
