[FFmpeg-devel] created: issue 2606 invalid timestamps in .ts file

I have encountered a .ts stream which ffmpeg doesn't digest well.
sample was uploaded to incoming and roundup issue opened.
help with this issue much appreciated.

the major issue is errors like [mpegts @ 004eaf70] Invalid timestamps
stream=0, pts=6498952533, dts=6498954034, size=2383
and wrong detection of fps as 74.6 instead of 59.94
