No, I did not mean anything specifically, I mean generally, this
kind of attitude is certain to discourage people from using or even
supporting an up-to-date FFmpeg and I very much dislike that.
In general I think the "but nobody used it" or "that's not how you were
supposed to use it" (even though even some developers didn't know that
and it certainly wasn't documented) excuse is used too lightly to sneak
in API/ABI changes (not claiming it is necessarily wrong).
