You should generate the gpg key, configure your mail client and then 
send an email with your ssh public key (generate one if you don't have 
one already) to Janne signing the whole email with your gpg key.

Sounds complex, it isn't that much once you get used (if you use 
thunderbird enigmail works quite nicely to hide most of the annoyance)
