Applied the patch.

I know, on the other hand I think that keeping Changelog is not
something which can be easily automated, and the git log contains far
too much low level of painful details which you can't reasonably
expect to inflict to the final user of the release.

Maybe using git annotations (for marking Changelog-relevant changes)
may provide a viable solution.
