[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] pthread: Allow thread_count==0

I am using an i7 processor . Windows 7 Processor...

I don't have the av_logs().

By the way what is the thread count it normally takes.
While i call x264 from fmpeg i get this thread count value.
