Hi Chanchal,

I tried with many combinations of parameters and different cases so I am sure that its not just with Hierarchical B. It is happening even with just P frames only too. But if you have some solution for this problem even for one case, it's going to be gr8 help to me as I am trying to solve this problem from weeks. Thanks.
I wish I can get some general solution for this or at least some clue to how to solve this.
