Sure. This is to handle:

   "packets": [
       {"index": ... } // packet0
       {"index": ... } // packet1
       {"index": ... } // packet2
   ],
   "streams": [
        ...
   ],
   "format": { ... }

"packets" and "streams" need [], while format doesn't. The section
start/end allow that sort of formatting.
