[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH/RFC] Don't override duration from file header with bitrate

This is most noticable on matroska files which has duration
as part of it's header.

We've had this patch in place for quite some time. However it was against a
older ffmpeg, so i don't know if updates have broken how this behaves. 

The though is sound i think, i'm just not sure if there are demuxer out
there that sets up invalid durations for the files or something else has
changed that breaks it.
