[FFmpeg-devel] movenv: fix remuxing of qdm2

attached patch makes remuxed qdm2 in mov audio track compatible/playable with qt
(qt expect extradata in "wave" tag, not in "glbl tag)

size and "frma"/codec tags are already in extradata, so I need to skip some part of the code
to not write them twice
