AFAIK, CoreVideo doesn't define version numbers.

A hack could be to define kCFCoreFoundationVersionNumber10_7 yourself if it's not defined.

kCFCoreFoundationVersionNumber10_7 is defined in CFBase.h from 10.8 SDK.
