I think it is actually fixed. I myself submitted a few patches a while ago
implementing the header parsing of the last remaining frame type, but my
parse_only approach was from before that time.

I'll submit a new patchset in a while, without the parse_only hack and with
handling of the wMBbitOffset for the second field somehow.
Hopefully without breaking existing VA-API functionality this time.
