I doubt libav will release their latest version with the new buffer API
redesign, so I don't think there is a particular hurry. On the other hand,
I'd better get rid of the few remaining start_frame/draw_slice/end_frame.
I think we have something like 6 or 7 left (some are likely a bit complex
like overlay). Doing this will allow reducing a bit the diff and the extra
complexity, so I'd rather have this done for 1.1.
