Hi David,

i looked over your changes, and it looks good to me.
I did test it on one BD, but sadly it didn't use multiple objects on
the screen, but at least i can confirm that it didn't break existing
functionality.

Anyhow, good job, that has been one shortcoming in the PGS decoder
that bugged me for a while when i was testing avcodecs subtitle
capabilities.

If i find the time, i might try to dig up a disc that would benefit
from this, but it sounds like an annoying process to go through my
library and test them =)
