That is true, I did not find how to disable tiny_psnr: the test encodes with
-force_key_frames and decodes with -skip_frame nokey to check that it has
been effective, the output is clearly different from the input. The psnr is
useless but does not do any harm.

I can re-submit with a single encode, relying only on the checksum of the
encoded file, if you prefer it that way.
