[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]Fix progressive AVUI samples

Hi!

Attached patch fixes the progressive AVUI / AVID Meridien samples from 
ticket #1288, it does not change the (imo correct) output for the two 
interlaced samples we had before.
The two interlaced samples from ticket #1288 skip one line less for the 
second field, I haven't found out yet how this can be detected.
