lol. it took me a while to figure what it was when it was uncolored too.

ugh, more voting and boring bikesheds. just what i dont want. i think
its pretty amazing ffmpeg has had so much advancement lately without
all of the bikeshedding and voting. why muck it up now? i also like the
idea of just having a bunch of logos from different people and rotating
them seasonally/randomly like google logo does.

if you have a 'better' logo, submit it! if you have criticism, please
make it constructive!

btw, are we going to ressurect michael's original monkey zigzag logo? :)
