  I disagree. Issue tracker is IMHO better for several reasons. It is also
better for artists that are not interested in all mails concerning FFmpeg
software development. It would be good though if artists would additionally
send out an announcement to FFmpeg-devel mailing list containing the ticket
number.

  It matters for the home page. I also think 100kb is reasonable.
