[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]rawdec: Extract interlace information from quicktime flag if it exisits

The Quicktime format mandates that for uncompressed (raw video) essence
the interlace information is stored in the fiel atom. Whilst currently
the mov demuxer extracts this information it is not made use of by the
decoder which treats the material as unspecified/progressive.

This patch rectifies that omission.
