[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] add QT CC track mux support

This patch enables FFmpeg to mux/copy QuickTime Closed Caption tracks.

It fixes https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/846 by writing the correct headers for this track type.  Now the file plays and the closed captions appear correctly in QuickTime Player.

The codecs do not implement encoding/decoding but are sufficient for -codec copy.
