You can use this patch:

Even if it is not sufficient, it should allow you to work 
on the decoder and the encoder, once you can encode 
streams that do not error out with QuickTime and / or 
you can decode real-world streams without errors 
possibly problems with the colour-spaces will certainly 
be fixed.
