sub2video is for bitmap subtitles. By the name, I guess that mov_text are
text subtitles, if you want to hardcode them in the video. I found this
while investigating trac ticket #1722.

I worked on both patches (sub2video and fix_sub_duration) more or less at
the same time in parallel, I confess I forgot to test them together.
