You may have missed the code snippet I suggested, I believe it explains what
I mean, but I can rephrase it more clearly if necessary:
Imagine you have four streams coming to tee, and two slaves: slave #0 maps
streams 0 and 1, slave #1 maps streams 0 and 2: stream 3 arrives to tee but
is not transmitted to any slave; that means the application makes effort to
generate stream 3, but does nothing at all with it, this is probably not
something the user wants.
