[FFmpeg-devel] 32-bit fixed point fft patch and ac3 fixed point patch resubmition

Hello,

Patch for fixed point 32-bit fft resubmitted.
Fate test for 32-bit fixed point fft created 
and added to patch. Value in table w_tab_sr 
corrected.

Patch for AC3 fixed point decoder also 
resubmitted.
