I don't know / don't remember.

I believe other formats work fine, only AVCI50 
needs this hack to force the correct extradata.
(iirc, it has been some time since I wrote this 
patch.)
But maybe "other formats" are all 1080 lines.

So do you know the exact meaning of all bytes 
in the ARES atom?
(Specifically, do you know the stream types 
that the 11th byte is referring to?)
